AROUND THE WORLD:
From the Mailbag:
"My
family came over to celebrate mothers day, as usual [someone who was
there] was giving his digs about faith and he does not believe in God
and those fairy tales. Later in the afternoon we all went to Goddard
park to play Frisbee and ball etc. My son in law said to look Jesus is
in the tree! Of course I thought he was joking around, but then I looked
and this is what we saw, I was in awe it looked like the precious face
of Jesus with the crown of thorns, and my unbelieving son in law is the
one who saw first, the antiphon for mass that day was Psalm 27 it read.
'My heart says of you, "Seek his face!" Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do
not hide Your Face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you
have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior.'
Confirmation?! I had to share with you."
