Re: The latest Anti-Papal article [linked on SD] taking another cheap shot at the Pope using excerpts from his talk only to spin them. The title “9 Commandments of Francis” alone ought to make you wince with suspicion. It is a garbage article.+
Case and point. Re the Floyd protests, the Pope said, “It is clear that this type of reaction against social, racial or macho injustice can be manipulated or exploited by political machinations.” This means he is aware of people abusing these protests to promote their own agenda. Nothing wrong with that. While the Pope clearly states that it is just to protest against the killing of life, he is perfectly correct. Let’s face it the police (that has in many countries become a tyrannical group of thugs executing blindly tyrannical government restrictions and unjust laws) apparently killed the man. Was the Floyd guy a thug? Apparently so. Did he deserve to be killed? No. For this reason, the Pope remarked, “the main thing is that, in that protest against this death, there was the Collective Samaritan who is no fool. This movement did not pass by on the other side of the road when it saw the injury to human dignity caused by an abuse of power.”
Were many of (not all) the protests orchestrated by Soros and his likes? Even if they were, the point is that the pope is speaking sincerely.Re. the so-called 9 commandments (stupid thing to say from an ignorant journalist) all of them are not in any way contrary to Church teaching.Sharon Freeman
