Authorities say a priest who fell through a sacristy ceiling at a church in Elgin earlier this week has died.
Father Linh Bui, the priest at Saint Ann Catholic Church in Elgin and missions in Sterling and Apache, was severely injured on Wednesday after accidentally falling through the sacristy ceiling. Bui was rushed into surgery at the OU Trauma Center after the fall, which resulted in a severe brain bleed and a punctured and collapsed lung.
