Iryna Zarutska was a 23-year-old Ukrainian who fled the war in her country for Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the weekend, police released video of her being stabbed in the neck by a violent career criminal. Despite the horror of the crime, the media has remained ostensibly quiet.
