It was taken when we\u00a0were visiting Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Fairfield, California. She was just dancing\u00a0around the water fountain in front of the church when I took the picture.<\/p>\n<p>We did not notice the water fountain image that took shape, like the one of Our Lady of\u00a0Mt. Carmel, until much later.\u00a0If the camera was set with a slow shutter speed, then the moving water would just be a blur.\u00a0If the camera shutter speed was set on high, then the water would be frozen.
