Everything depends on your conversion\u201d (December 15, 1983).<\/p>\n<p>According to the\u00a0<em>National Catholic Reporter,<\/em> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cardinal V\u00edctor Manuel Fern\u00e1ndez, dicastery prefect, presented the note at a news conference Sept. 19. He said he had not met with the alleged visionaries, but that once the notification was prepared, he wrote to the six of them with some &#8220;suggestions&#8221; about the future.
