But there are also nutritional ones. Whether afflicted or simply aiming to avoid a dire diagnosis, it makes sense to consider his advice, which is: exercise regularly (even if it&#8217;s just an hour or two a week); fast as much as you can; work at removing stress from your life (let go and laugh more); and importantly, pray about what your unique body needs while you follow guidelines for good nutrition.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Find joy in God and health: wholeness. Balance.
