A utility giant with a $16 billion expansion plan is\u00a0using eminent domain<\/a> to seize hundreds of Georgia properties \u2014 and furious owners say they never had a fighting chance.\u00a0Ansley Brown was 5 years old when her mother moved into the Coweta County house where she spent her entire childhood.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is [what] made me who I am today,\u201d Brown, now 27, told The Post. \u201cSo it wouldn\u2019t make sense if I didn\u2019t fight for it.\u201d\u00a0Now, Georgia Power wants to take it.<\/p>\n
