Among the most significant finds is a third-century fresco discovered in the western Turkish city of Iznik,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianpost.com\/news\/archaeologists-find-early-christian-fresco-depicting-jesus-turkey.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">depicting Jesus as the Good Shepherd<\/a>.
