While shopping in the grocery store, two nuns happened to walk past the beer cooler. <\/span><\/div>\n
One said to the other, \u201cWouldn\u2019t a nice cold beer or two taste wonderful on a hot summer evening?\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n

The second replied, \u201cIt would indeed, Sister\u2026 but I\u2019d feel uncomfortable buying beer. I\u2019m sure it would cause a scene at the checkout.\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n

The first nun smiled and said, \u201cI can handle that.\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n

She grabbed a six-pack and marched to the register. The cashier looked stunned as the two nuns stepped up with the beer. \u201cWe use it to wash our hair,\u201d the nun said with a straight face. \u201cIt\u2019s a sort of shampoo.\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n

Without missing a beat, the cashier reached under the counter, tossed in a pack of pretzel sticks, and said, \u201cThe curlers are on the house.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
