Public health campaigns urge us to check in on our feelings and talk openly about our struggles. Schools have adopted mental health curriculums. Employers offer mental health days. There are thousands of mental health and wellness apps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-aa8b97-Paragraph-baseStyles-paragraphTreatmentStyles-print evys1bk0\">Yet our mental health appears to be getting worse. Over the past several decades, the percentage of Americans who\u00a0<a class=\"css-bhdv0x-linkClass\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2950004423000135\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report<\/a>\u00a0being in poor mental health has been rising. Over half of U.S. doctors surveyed in 2023\u00a0<a class=\"css-bhdv0x-linkClass\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cvshealth.com\/news\/mental-health\/cvs-health-study-spotlights-rising-mental-health-concerns.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>\u00a0a decline in their patients\u2019 mental health.
