It includes growing numbers of independent, rural and Hispanic voters who say they\u2019ll vote for a Democrat.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">That\u2019s what the latest round of House polling shows, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2026\/10\/21\/upshot\/times-siena-poll-trump-midterms.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_politics_article_main-content_article-body_6_2\"><u>survey<\/u><\/a> last week that had Democrats up 11 points on the generic ballot, and Fox\u2019s most recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/fox-news-poll-cost-living-concerns-weigh-gop-midterms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_politics_article_main-content_article-body_6_3\"><u>national poll<\/u><\/a>. The second electorate is wavering on Republicans but won\u2019t necessarily hand Democrats the Senate. These are the voters in the Midwest and a few other places.
