About 60% of all adults in Paraguay.<\/p>\n<p>Salaries. Pensions. Savings. FROZEN.<\/p>\n<p>No app. No cards. No ATMs.<\/p>\n<p>Even $380 million of the state pension fund is stuck inside.<\/p>\n<p>Covid locked people inside their homes.
