The Channel Of Grace
Do not let any set of circumstances intimidate you. The more challenging a day is, the more of God's Power is at your disposal. We seem to think that God empowers us equally every day, and thus we can come up short, when too many challenges arise, but this is not true.
Rejoice and be thankful, as a word of knowledge to one woman went. As you walk with God through the day, practice trusting and thanking all the way. Trust is the channel of Grace. On Sunday -- every day -- it is empowered by the Eucharist and praise.
Much time is wasted assessing the difficulties each morning of the day ahead, measuring them against our average strength. This is not a real way of viewing life. God knows exactly what each of our days will contain and empowers us accordingly. The degree to which He strengthens us on any particular day is based chiefly on: the difficulty of our circumstances and our willingness to depend on God for help.
Try to view challenging days as opportunities to receive more of His Power than normal. Look to God for all that is necessary. Watch what He will do. As your day is, so shall your strength be.
