Years ago, I got a call from a couple in Canada who had an adopted daughter, by then an adult, who was staying with them and experiencing truly unusual -- some might say bizarre -- spiritual phenomena. They wanted my take on it.
What they described was fully unnerving.
Their daughter was a stigmatic, they explained, and each year on Good Friday the "wounds" of Christ erupted on her.
I'll get to the strangeness of her stigmata -- a kind of manifestation I have never heard about before and haven't since -- in a minute. First, the questions:
Is stigmata, having the wounds of Jesus, always holy -- from the Good Source--- or is it sometimes the contrary? Like visions, dreams, and locutions, can it be demonic?
And what about prophecies from stigmatics?
What have they been?
How many have occurred throughout history?
What do current alleged ones (and do underline alleged) say?
Let's get to it with this new "special report": the mystery, discernment, and prophecies of those who claim to suffer the wounds of Christ!
