From Lifenews:

Alabama’s 2025 abortion report was published online by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) in September 2026, showing that three abortions at brick-and-mortar facilities in the state were reported to the Department. After Roe v. Wade was overturned in June 2022, the state immediately started enforcing its prohibition on abortions except in cases where continued pregnancy would pose a serious health risk to the mother and/or in cases where the unborn child was diagnosed with a lethal fetal anomaly (Ala. §26-23H-4).
