Accredited journalists are hereby notified that on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 11:30 AM, a Press Conference on the spiritual experience of Medjugorje will take place at the Holy See Press Office, Sala San Pio X, Via dell’Ospedale 1.

Speakers will include:

• His Eminence Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith;
• Reverend Monsignor Armando Matteo, Secretary for the Doctrinal Section of the same Dicastery;
• Dr. Andrea Tornielli, Editorial Director of the Dicastery for Communication.

The Press Conference will be broadcast live in the original language on the Vatican News Youtube channel, accessible at https://www.youtube.com/c/VaticanNews

Remote Participation

Journalists and media operators wishing to participate remotely in the Press Conference must send a request within two hours of the event through the online accreditation system of the Holy See Press Office, at https://press.vatican.va/accreditations, by selecting the event: CS Spiritual Experience of Medjugorje.

During the request process, the option “Yes” must be selected in the “Remote Participation” box.

Admitted journalists and media operators will receive confirmation of participation through the online accreditation system and, at the same time, the link to access the virtual platform and actively participate in the Press Conference, with the possibility to ask questions.

In-Person Participation

Journalists and media operators intending to participate in the Press Conference in person must send a request within 24 hours of the event through the online accreditation system of the Holy See Press Office, at https://press.vatican.va/accreditations, by selecting the event: CS Spiritual Experience of Medjugorje.

Admitted journalists and media operators will receive confirmation of participation through the online accreditation system.
