Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has confirmed that air defences shot down 10 drones flying towards the Russian capital on Wednesday. He wrote in a message on Telegram: “The Ministry of Defense’s air defenses shot down ten drones en route to Moscow. Emergency services are working at the site of the crash.” This comes just one day after Russia intercepted 16 missiles approaching Moscow, and 71 across various other regions during the day.
