From Newsweek:
Biden also discussed job growth, perhaps his most consistently proud achievement that he leaned on throughout the back half of his administration: On Wednesday, he proudly declared that his administration had created 17 million new jobs—”more than any other single administration in a single term.”
He also praised the expansion of healthcare and the strengthening of NATO, which has allowed Ukraine to remain free. The speech then took a darker turn as Biden addressed his concerns for the future, primarily the increasing “dangerous concentration of power in the hands of a very few ultra-wealthy people.”
