In San Damiano, Italy, the Blessed Mother gave a similar message
“ I will come soon to give you Light: a strong Light, and many souls will be converted.
I will give a great Joy, a great Faith, in hearts, which will surmount all obstacles. 2-23-1968
Soon, I will come, My children! Soon I will be in your midst with a great Light. I will
enlighten the entire world. Many souls will cry because they did not listen to my call.
Blessed are those who believe and hope in Me, for when I come with the Light, I will
place much joy in their hearts; never before will they have experienced all the love I
give to my sons. 6-21-1968
This light will be given to the eyes and it will be given in hearts. It will be
seen in the sky by the whole world and in the whole world. But at the same time,
it will penetrate consciences as an irresistible  sword, concerning which Jesus said to
St. Paul”.

“Dear children, I am calling you to accept my words which I am speaking to you as a mother, with a simplicity of heart, so that you may set out on the way of complete light and purity, of the singular love of my Son, man and God.

A joy—a light indescribable in human words—will penetrate your soul and the peace and love of my Son will take hold of you. I desire this for all of my children.

Therefore, you, apostles of my love, you who know how to love and forgive, you who do not judge, you whom I encourage, you be an example to all those who are not going on the way of light and love or who have diverted from it. By your life show them the truth. Show them love because love overcomes all difficulties, and all of my children thirst for love. Your unity in love is a gift to my Son and me.

But, my children, remember that to love also means to desire the good for your neighbor and to desire conversion of your neighbor’s soul.

As I am looking at you gathered around me, my heart is sad, because I see so little brotherly love, merciful love.

My children, the Eucharist—my Son alive among you—His words will help you comprehend, because His word is life, His word makes the soul breathe, His word brings about cognition of love.

Dear children, anew, I am imploring you as a mother who desires the good for her children: love your shepherds, pray for them. Thank you.”

Dear children,
With a motherly love I am calling you to open hearts to peace; to open hearts to my Son, so that in your hearts love for my Son may sing, because only out of that love peace comes in the soul. My children, I know that you have goodness, I know that you have love – a merciful love, but many of my children still have a closed heart. They think that they can do it without directing their thoughts towards the Heavenly Father who illuminates–towards my Son who is always with you anew in the Eucharist and who desires to listen to you. My children, why do you not speak to Him? The life of each of you is important and precious, because it is a gift from the Heavenly Father for eternity. Therefore, do not ever forget to keep on thanking Him: speak to Him. I know, my children, that what is to come afterwards is unknown to you, but when your hereafter comes you will receive all the answers. My motherly love desires that you be ready. My children, by your life keep putting good feelings in the hearts of the people whom you meet, feelings of peace, goodness, love and forgiveness.Through prayer, hearken to what My Son is saying and act accordingly. Anew, I am calling you to prayer for your shepherds, for those whom my Son has called. Remember that they need prayers and love. Thank you.
