On June 18, 2026, a profound and extraordinary detailed task was given by Our Lady of Medjugorje through the visionary, Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti, saying to pray for all our deceased and for our entire lineage, that Our Lord may free us from every evil, from all evil that our relatives have done. That through our prayer, our penance, we may ask for the grace that our ancestors may come out of Purgatory and go to Heaven.
Now there is this sudden focus on generational healing to serve as an urgent wake-up call. It reveals a striking reality: our ancestors are in Purgatory and their release is bound to our actions here on earth.
WHAT “OUR ENTIRE LINEAGE” COVERS
When Our Lady uses the term “entire lineage,” she is not just referring to the relatives we remember. She is speaking about a massive web spanning multiple generations.
- The Known Ancestors: Your parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents whose names and faces you know.

A SUDDEN FOCUS ON PURGATORY AFTER 40 YEARS
By Our Lady deliberately shining a spotlight back on Purgatory and expanding the scope to our “entire lineage,” Heaven is signaling that the spiritual battle has intensified. It is a stark reminder that modern assumptions are wrong: most people do not go straight to Heaven. Many of our ancestors may be lingering in Purgatory because they died carrying the weight of unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or deep attachments to the world. Because these souls can no longer merit anything for themselves, they are entirely dependent on us to relieve and release them.
THE HOLY MASS IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY
Our Lady provides the ultimate cure by calling for prayers, penance and Masses. The most effective means I call the four pillars that directly impact the holy souls are: Mass, Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Adoration and the Eternal rest prayer. The Holy Mass is the greatest prayer on earth you can give a deceased person. It is the summit of our faith. It is the literal sacrifice of Jesus Christ on Calvary made present again. Who do you miss the most? Who do you wish you could have done more for, who hurt you, who helped you? Offer a Mass for them! Offer your Indulgences that are also attached to these pillars.
Offering a Mass for your lineage does several things:
Applies infinite grace, breaks generational bondage and creates powerful intercessors.
