Never mind the politics. Never mind the spin. Never mind the denial. There are great unfolding disruptions in the natural order and they have been intensifying.

It is a time of swerves --extremes.

Last year was the warmest ever recorded in the United States by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (which does not play politics, and has had similar administrators, experts, and data through both conservative and liberal administrations). The average temperature was 55.3 degrees Fahrenheit "more than three solid degrees above normal and a full degree higher than the previous warmest year recorded in 1998, said  NOAA Tuesday" (reports NBC News).

All forty-eight states in the contiguous U.S., we are told, had above-average annual temperatures last year, including nineteen that broke annual records (from Utah to Connecticut). "We’re taking quite a large step," said Jake Crouch, a climate scientist from the NOAA National Climatic Data Center, which has recorded temperatures in the contiguous U.S. for the past 118 years.

Ships are now navigating through what were once frozen parts of the Arctic; this is no one's imagination. Several nations already are battling for sovereign mineral claims, now that resources like oil will soon be accessed in previously icebound waters (the contestants: Russia, the U.S., Canada, Norway, and Denmark).

There are disruptions on the sun. Sun spots. Sun flares. There are the storms on earth (2012 was the second most extreme on record for major weather events, second to 1998.) Magma is filling major volcanoes. A massive blast was recently detected from a distant galaxy. Asteroids wing by (one this week named after an evil god). While temperatures dip in Alaska (which now has been cooling for two years), as well as in Russia and parts of India, throw in also China (coldest last week in three decades) -- and toss in the fact that Christmas week saw a snow cover on sixty-seven percent of the U.S. states -- Argentina and Tasmania have recorded blistering (and in some cases record) heat, as is also the case elsewhere.

Let them argue over the cause. The simple truth is that it's occurring, and to ignore it is to ignore what God is trying to say. The comprehensive nature of change makes sense only to those who view it from a spiritual aspect. It is a time of natural -- and societal -- flux. One major  concern: in such fluctuation, a pandemic.

The end of the world? Hardly. Signs? Transformation? That's the view from here.

As The Extinction Protocol reports (going a bit further than we will; for your discernment):

"Conditions on the planet continue to deteriorate, particularly in respect to more pronounced climate extremes seen across hemispheres, and the number of volcanoes that are now continuously erupting. The planet is undergoing dynamic change, whereby we’re seeing early evidence that the physical dynamics of the planet is moving towards a spectrum of greater instability. This is happening, as the planet’s magnetic field continues to abate in strength. This is suggestive that we’ve passed the rubicon in this internal process of a geological shift that has been brought on by an anomalistic fluctuation of thermal gradient in the planet’s outer core. Consequently, change is now uniform, and these changes can now generate events which will affect the entire planet. We had a 4.6 magnitude earthquake in Falcon, Venezuela on January 4, 2013 and that earthquake was immediately followed by a 4.3 earthquake in the Ceram Sea and a 4.9 in Halmahera, Indonesia. Both points on the globe are on exact opposite ends of the planet. We call it an antipodal tangent. On January 5, we had a 5.1 magnitude earthquake on the Mid-Indian Ridge and that was followed approximately 4.5 hours later by an earthquake near the antipodal point of the Cascadian fault with a 7.5 magnitude earthquake in southeastern Alaska. What this means is the entire planet is now starting to resonate from this heightened state of seismicity. The Bible prophesized in Isaiah 24:20 there would come a time, in the very near future, where the Earth would be reeling to and fro or back and forth like a drunkard. This is a state of resonate seismicity resulting from the impact of very large cluster earthquakes or what we refer to in geology as an earthquake storm.

"Breaking bad: In April of 2012, a leading earthquake scientist warned in the Croatian Times that the planet could be [reaching a seismic peak] after a series of massive quakes in just 48 hours. Expert Gheorghe Marmureanu – from Romania’s National Institute of Earth Physics – says 39 quakes hit the globe within two days in April. The series started with two massive quakes in Indonesia measuring 8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale, rapidly followed by three more only slightly smaller in Mexico within hours. 'There is no doubt that something is seriously wrong. There have been too many strong earthquakes,' said Marmureanu. He added: 'The quakes are a surprise that cannot be easily explained by current scientific knowledge. With the Indonesian quake for example, statistically, there should be one big earthquake in this part of Asia every 500 years. However, since 2004, there were already three quakes with a magnitude of over 8, which is not normal.” In September of 2012, scientists said the Indo-Australian plate near Indonesia was in the early stages of breaking in pieces.'"

It is a time of challenge and preparation -- an exciting time, in these challenges, not one of terror, but also a very serious time, a time for prayer that many events be softened, a time during which it will be highly beneficial to have devotions to the Holy Face, attend Mass as often as possible, remember Confession, and recite the fifteen-decade Rosary.
