Footage has emerged showing workers in a desperate race of survival as a huge wall of water came crashing towards them during a devastating flood that swept through Nepal’s Rasuwa region yesterday.
Nepal is facing what officials have described as ‘devastation beyond imagination’ after a ‘tsunami from the sky’ battered the area following a glacier collapse. The rushing waters, reportedly reaching up to 650ft high, have left nearly 1,500 people missing and at least 353 dead. Now, according to CCTV News, Chinese Ministry of Water Resources have said today that a significant landslide dam, where rock, mud and debris have slid down and blocked the flow of water, has formed near where the Tsogyal River and the Purupqiangzangbu River meet in Nepal.
